DigiKam doesn't create thumbnails of videos (.MOV and .MP4) on Mac OS Sierra (10.12).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install DigiKam
2. Configure the images directories
3. Open DigiKam and navigate on thumbnails.

Actual Results:  
thumbnails of Images are OK.
thumbnails of videos are NOT OK.

Expected Results:  
thumbnails of videos must be OK.

Next digiKam 5.4.0 will support de facto video format through QtAV framework,
without to install extra video codec. We remove Qt5::Multimedia dependency in
digiKam.
