Sometimes, if WiFi was disconnected and reconnected, the weather widget doesn't refresh. Here is always an empty panel. Expected fuction: 1. Provide a button to manually refresh weather information. Just like in network manager, you can refresh WiFi hotspots. 2. When cannot connect, show some error information or hints on the panel. It is strange when here is empty. The user might think they need to config the widget again. 3. Remember the old configuration. When connection failed, the config dialog will lose the city selection. Then users have to always set their city manually. Reproducible: Always
Are you still able to reproduce this in Plasma 5.11?

I am using KDE Plasma 5.13 for several months and didn't have the problem anymore. (Still using the same WiFi in my apartment and office) So I think it should have been solved in some early version. Sorry for late update!
