Description Edisto 2016-10-05 19:14:47 UTC
Upon opening Krita on the second screen and creating a new file I receive a black canvas as if OpenGL is broken.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place krita within system taskbar
2. Launch Krita from taskbar on second monitor
3. Create new document (Should be in OpenGL mode)

Actual Results:
Black Canvas that is not drawable

Expected Results:
White Canvas that is drawable

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz (12 CPUs), ~3.3GHz
Memory: 32768MB RAM
Card name: AMD Radeon (TM) R9 Fury Series
Card name: AMD FirePro W8100 (FireGL V)

And that doesn't happen if you double-click the krita.exe or use a shortcut from the desktop? In that case, the link on your taskbar probably starts Krita slightly differently from the other ways of starting, and since you seem to have two graphics cards, probably picks the wrong one. That's not something we can fix inside Krita, that's something peculiar to your system.

If you are still interested, please test this with 3.3, try both the desktop OpenGL and ANGLE renderer.

In both cases, please also provide the text from Help->Show system information for bug reports.
