OS/Compiler notes: 

Filter rules in kmail cannot have an IMAP folder as "move to folder" destination even though manually moving messages towards IMAP folders works fine.

Also when new messages have arrived in an IMAP folder filter rules are not applied while explicitely applying filters on such a message works fine.
