When I connect via networkmanager to my home wifi it shows details of the connection but not a speed of download and upload

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open NetworkManager applet
2. Click on speed
3.No speed is presented

Actual Results:  
No speed for download or upload is presented

Expected Results:  
TO show download and upload speed history graph
