After updating from 5.7.5 the system tray icons are now extremely tiny. They do not fit in with the rest of the desktop and makes the whole experience feel unpolished.

The icons in the pop-up seem to be a reasonable size though.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fresh install KDE Neon User Edition
1. Update to Plasma 5.8

Actual Results:  
Tiny system tray icons but everything else perfect.

Expected Results:  
Everything perfect.

I have the desktop scaling set to 2x on a 3840x2160 screen.
