When importing a library clip into a project and then expanding it, at least some parameters are not properly taking the library clip's locale into account. I see this problem with the wipe softness parameter of a composite transition when expanding. The library clip itself uses locale "de_DE.UTF-8" and the "softness" property is set to "0,2".
