After updating to Kdenlive version 16.08.1 the Position and Zoom plugin no longer works. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click on a clip in the timeline 2. In the video effects tab choose Crop and Transform => Position and Zoom 3. Add a couple of keyframes and then zoom in and out 4. Preview your clip (or render) Actual Results: The red boarder and white dot will move, but the actual video clip is not effected. Expected Results: A zoom effect in the video preview and exported file. Running up to date Fedora 24. Kdenlive installed via RPM Fusion. If you downgrade Kdenlive to version 16.04.2, the plugin works.
I can confirm an issue when using a locale with a comma as decimal separator. Working on it. Can you please paste here the output of the following command in a terminal: locale

It looks like you don't need this anymore, but just in case, the output of locale is: LANG=en_CA.UTF-8 LC_CTYPE="en_CA.UTF-8" LC_NUMERIC="en_CA.UTF-8" LC_TIME="en_CA.UTF-8" LC_COLLATE="en_CA.UTF-8" LC_MONETARY="en_CA.UTF-8" LC_MESSAGES="en_CA.UTF-8" LC_PAPER="en_CA.UTF-8" LC_NAME="en_CA.UTF-8" LC_ADDRESS="en_CA.UTF-8" LC_TELEPHONE="en_CA.UTF-8" LC_MEASUREMENT="en_CA.UTF-8" LC_IDENTIFICATION="en_CA.UTF-8" LC_ALL=
