Translucency effect doesn't work as expected. It works on non KDE software only.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Desktop Behavior -> Desktop Effects -> Enable Translucency effect and go its settings -> Make Menus more transparent.

Actual Results:  
Menus should become transparent

Expected Results:  
Only non KDE programs have transparent menus(Firefox, LibreOffice, Maya).

Oops, fixed:

Expected Results: Menus should become transparent 
Actual Results: Only non KDE programs have transparent menus(Firefox, LibreOffice, Maya).

I've changed the title. Smplayer is build with Qt5 and effect also doesn't work there but Krusader still uses Qt4 as well as Maya and effect works as expected there. So the bug effects only Qt5 programs.

This is caused by https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-55558 - setting the bug report to duplicate to the first report we got for this problem.
