Description trishhuynh05 2016-09-26 20:55:00 UTC
When I try to animate anything with onion skins, the skins don't show up red or green or at all. The icon would say that onion skin is on, but there are no onion skins.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new document with 2 layers with the background "as canvas color."
2. Make a straight horizontal line on the first layer.
3. Draw a head and torso of a stick figure on the second layer.
4. Change the document into an animation with the top right hand corner drop box.
5. Right click on the first rectangle on the timeline at the bottom and click "New frame" while still on layer 2.
6. Right the rectangle next to that frame and click "Copy Frame."
7. Move the 2nd frame's head and torso up a bit.
8. Click the onion skin icon.

Actual Results:
After performing the steps, when I clicked the onion skin icon on, there are no red lines that signify the previous frame's work.

Expected Results:
The onion skin docker should have allowed me to see the lines made from the previous frame.

The onion skin tint is all the way too 100%.

The problem may be the bad default onion skin settings we had in the 3.0 release. Please check that the top of the onion skins docker has highlights on the appropriate relative frame numbers (e.g. -1, 0 and 1). You can toggle the state by clicking each number. The defaults have been fixed in 3.0.1, although old settings may persist.

Ah, I see now! Thank you!
