When I load the program, it takes minutes to load and then crashes.

Hi Kim,

I'm sorry, but you are not giving us any information we can use to determine whether this is a bug or a problem on your system, and if it's a bug, what is going on. If you have been able to run other versions of Krita succesfully before, you could try to reset Krita's configuration: https://docs.krita.org/KritaFAQ#Resetting_Krita_configuration.
