Description Boian Berberov 2016-09-26 01:20:01 UTC
I use multiple timezones and I noticed that the time bar renders the times incorrectly. It does not roll over times when crossing the AM/PM divide.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add multiple timezones to the time bar with high offsets

Actual Results:
Invalid times like 19pm appear in time bar.

Expected Results:
Time bar displays correct times.
