windows decorations fail to apply on gtk 3 applications, the theme does not match with others windows on the system

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install any gtk 3.2x app
2.install new decoration windows theme
3.change on system setting to get the result


Expected Results:  
same windows decorations for gtk and qt applications

I'm sorry, but this is due to GTK3 using client side window decorations. There is nothing we can do about this. Please report to GTK developers in their bugtracker at bugs.gnome.org
