After adding another layer, I was going to add a filter, but when the menu for the filters popped up, the mask was on the layer below. After canceling the filter mask, it deletes the layer i was originally was going to add a filter to. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.draw something on one layer 2.add another or duplicate layer 3.covert second/duplicate layer to filter mask Actual Results: It applies a mask to the layer below Expected Results: should have applied mask to the chosen layer
