Description FiveYellowMice 2016-09-21 10:23:15 UTC
When moving a file from external file system to trash bin, Dolphin spends some time to do it. If the moving process is cancelled from the notification center, neither the original directory nor trash bin have that file.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click "Move to Trash" in the right-click menu of a file stored on an external file system;
2. Click the little square button on the right of the "Moving xxx" notification.

Actual Results:
The file disappears, neither the original directory nor trash bin have that file.

Expected Results:
File remains intact in the original directory.

This should theoretically no longer happen with newer versions of Dolphin. Can you test this behavior again and report back if this issue is also fixed for you? Thanks!

No response -> closing. Please reopen this bug report if you can still reproduce the behavior with a newer version of Dolphin. Thanks!
