Description Tony 2016-09-21 08:10:51 UTC
When i run it i get the window asking for "root" password, but as soon as i typed it and hit OK i get another window saying i don't have "administrative privileges".

On the "run as root" window this is the command being run: "partitionmanager --dontsu"

Reproducible: Always

I found this:

Although the 2nd workaround works, it seems is not a KDE exclusive problem.

Well, this is part of a wider problem. On wayland you can't easily run applications as root. They have to use KAuth to obtain privileges. But Partition Manager uses root A LOT, so porting everything to KAuth very non trivial. Will take some time...
