Description G360 2016-09-21 00:46:23 UTC
Instead of animation the closing of the system tray element, it animates as opening and then closing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Assign a keyboard shortcut for some entry, e.g. the Battery and Brightness (in system tray widget's settings)
2. Press the shortcut to open the widget, or do it manually.
3. Press the shortcut to close the widget (don't do it manually).

Actual Results:
Two animations when closing the widget.

Expected Results:
Only one close animation.

broken behavior

Here is a video showing the behavior. I am using Super+Shift+M to toggle the media player plasmoid. The problem is not limited to the strange animation but also to the shortcut not being caught by the plasmoid.

I think behavior changed, now assigned shortcut shows the applet, but to hide it you need to press Esc. Is this bug still affecting you?

Indeed the behavior changed. Closing this.
