After clicking the applet icon, the drawer doesn't always show up.
This happens irregularly, usually when the network connection is unstable.

Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click the applet icon


Actual Results:  
The blue bar on top of icon appears.

Expected Results:  
The blue bar on top of icon appears, the network list shows up.

The only workaround found is to restart plasma.

Does this happen with any other applet in system tray? What do you mean by unstable network connection?

No, I never noticed that happening with anything else. When the bug manifests, I can click the tray arrow and the tray items appear.

Unstable - reconnecting or failing to reconnect to WiFi or GSM for a few times. I can't specify what happens exactly, because it happens only once a few days.

Is this still reproducible with Plasma 5.10?

I believe this has been fixed over time. Please reopen if it's still reproducible with Plasma 5.12.
