Description Johan Smith 2016-09-17 22:41:10 UTC
The panels would have an effect slide when its visibility is AutoHide or LetWindowCover.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set auto hide Visibility to any panel

Actual Results:
Note that the panel does not have animation when hidden or showing

Expected Results:
The panel should have animation when hidden or showing, furthermore a delay when you bring the mouse to edge.

fixed in 5.8

It's not working for me either.
Comment 3 Marco Martin 2016-10-18 11:42:56 UTC
i confirm again, it works in 5.8

it can only work of course for autohide panels, because in case of letwindowscover, the panel is already there, it cannot slide/move, because it's already there and visible, just partly covered by something (best visible when there are no maximized windows, so the panel is partly visible)
