Hello,

I have :
02:00.0 Audio device: Creative Labs Sound Core3D [Sound Blaster Recon3D / Z-Series] (rev 01)

it is 5.1 but detected as 2.1 . I can not play any sound on it.

kubuntu 16.10



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open amarok.
2. playing any sound.
3. No sound out.

it is working in Kubuntu 22.04-LTS
