It would be nice if one could create a list of applications for which the task manager shows always an icon only entry, to save space for other applications. Similar to pinned tabs in Firefox https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/pinned-tabs-keep-favorite-websites-open?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=what-are-app-tabs

While I have multiple windows open of some applications, eg 4 firefox, firebug window, for which the title is very help full to activate the correct one, there are other application I "never" have multiple windows open, eg Ktp, Amarok, Kdevelop, KRDC, ... . A (small) icon only entry for those would be enough and there would be more space for the others.
