Description Alex 2016-09-15 16:58:37 UTC
After last system update my keyboard settings are broken. For example, when I choose keyboard for single window, it also changes for all applications at once, including console and login screen. Even if I open "keyboard settings" and change parameters, it does not affect keyboard layout. And PrintScreen key is not working. The keyboard icon near the clock has disappeared :(

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install Kubuntu 16.04
2.Install latest updates
3.Try to change keyboard settings

Actual Results:
Keyboard settings are not working at all

Expected Results:
It should work as before

Kubuntu 16.04.1 64bit
Intel Core i5
16GB RAM
SSD
