Looks like it should work, but tapping doesn't launch applications.

Interestingly, the sections on the right work properly.

Also the MEL bug / missing feature.

We had this problem also in the Task Manager and fixed it there by porting to MouseArea, but the views in App Dash and Folder View are really designed around MEL to keep the delegates light.
