My rooter, for wifi, is diferent from internet rooter, so diferent gateways and localhosts. Is there a way to detect in another rooter my pc from phone, and connect them?

Reproducible: Always

Different routers means different networks.
You need them to be in the same broadcast scope.

Note you can hardcode an IP in the Android app, in case this helps.
