after the recent upgrade, systray icons are HUGE.

i was able to restore a sane size again.

i am not sure if that size change was intentionally or a bug -- but it confirms my conviction that there NEEDS to be a way to easily influence the size of the icons instead of relying on inscrutable algorithms or the peculiar tastes of theme designers.

on 5.8 they are smaller by default and configurable (with an hidden option)
