Help -> Switch application language
Change to other language and restart Kolourpaint
Result: Kolourpaint don't use the language chosen


Testing:

System language: pt_BR
Change to American English: don't work (pt_BR translations instead)

Works when I run: LANG=en kolourpaint

Reproducible: Always
