To choose the transform tool via "Ctrl" + "T" hotkeys the artist is forced in advance to change the brush tool to the moving tool. Would it be conveniently to choose the transform tool by pressing "Ctrl" + "T" in the brush tool directly.

That is incorrect, you do not need to activate the move tool before activating the transform tool.

You are right. I tested this bug again and I found that the transform tool is not adjustable vie pressing Ctrl + T after the leaving of the transform tool with pressing Esc or by pressing Enter. Am I right?
