Sometimes when show yakuake, its icon appears in taskmanager Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1.Add a vertical panel and add taskmanager on it 2.Press "F12" to hide/show yakuake for several times Actual Results: Sometimes the icon appears in taskmanager Expected Results: No icon appear in taskmanager Debian sid amd64 Framework 5.25 Plasma 5.7.4 The problem exists both on my laptop and desktop.
Same here. KDE neon User Edition 5.7 Yakuake 3.0.2 KDE Frameworks 5.25.0
Probably a duplicate of bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=343061, I also experience this issue on openSUSE Tumbleweed with Yakuake 3.0.2, Plasma 5.8.2, Frameworks 5.27.0 and Qt 5.7.0.
Confirming this bug in Yakuake 3.0.4+ Qt Version: 5.9.1 Frameworks Version: 5.36.0 Operating System: Linux 4.9.40-1-MANJARO x86_64 Distribution: "Netrunner Rolling"
I confirm this, but I think that there are other side effects: My Yakuake configuration is: Keep Window Open When it Looses Focus + Use Open/Retract Action to focus window After few Open/Retract cycles yakuake appears on Task manager, after that if you open it on Desktop 2 and let it open and switch to any other desktop then yakuake is not visible on it, but if you hit F12 then your Desktop moves to that one where yakuake was open. So, instead to show yakuake on current desktop the desktop is changed back to Desktop 2 (in this case) This bug with changing desktop started with version 3 and it is very frustrating because undesired switch to other desktop in multiscreen environment is very distracting My configuration is: Yakuake 3.0.5 Plasma 5.8.9 Qt 5.6.2 OS: Linux (x86_64) release 4.4.120-45-default Distribution: OpenSuse Leap 42.3
