When the user clicks on the "Computer" Tab, he/she expects to find information on the computer itself. The closest thing for this is KInfoCenter, so it should be there for new users especially. Currently, there are "Run Command" and "Settings" icons.

Marco, yay or nay? Note the backend code is smart enough not to show it when KInfoCenter isn't installed.
