The x button in the top right corner of the window is supposed to close the program. Instead it minimizes to system tray. I find this annoying as a default option, and there doesn't appear to be any way to disable this 'option'. Please add the option to make the close button actually close the program.

Option to disable system tray icon now exists; closing
