Only the first time that the phone receives a message, it is shown on the Kubuntu 16.04 desktop. After, if present, you only hear the sound of the notification.
The notification received does not write the associated file

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. send sms to a mobile phone
2. send another sms to a mobile phone
3.

Actual Results:  
only the first message is shown. 
He does not write the file associated with the notification

Expected Results:  
all messages are shown
He writes the associated file notification

I switched to Ubuntu 4.18, and before I was back to Ubuntu 14.04
