When using the ratio option with rotation, the paint rect doesn't get updated, meaning you end up with weirdly cut-off dabs.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a highly spaces brush that rotates the dab, but also uses the ratio modifier somehow. Draw diagonal lines.
