using settings-configure-collections to select folders. All ok when close and restart digikam but when close and restart computer get message "Folder on volume id:******** not found on sysytem.
If I remove digikam and reload iot, it does find all folders but again after I rebbot all are lost again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.restart comp[uter
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
folder on volume id:******* not found on system

Expected Results:  
folders present as set up

The question is, the volume id has changed after the restart? If so, check your Linux system. As a workaround, you can select a network connection in digiKam for your folders. DigiKam then only checks whether the path exists.

problem solved. drives not mounted on start up.
