Aac in the default profile "MP4 - the dominating format (H264/AAC)" is rendered in 2kb/s, regardless of which quality is set in the rendering window.

Using Kdenlive 16.08 from the kdenlive-stable repo.

I'm sorry, it was caused by a muted track, so no audio was rendered. No such bug exists.
