Touchpad widget icon must reflect device status

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add the touchpad widget to your panel
2. press the shortcut or the special keyboard key to enable/disable the touchpad
3.

Actual Results:  
press the shortcut or the special keyboard key to enable/disable the touchpad

Expected Results:  
widget icon must have a perceptible difference according device status

frameworks 5.26 + plasma 5.8 beta solved this issue. Thanks kde team.
