When I open XML file. Highlighting is not affected. All text is normal (only one font and color). Otherwise in highlighting setting is defined bold for elements, green font color for attributes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open XML file
2.Watch syntax highlighing


Actual Results:  
Syntax highlighing don't apply

Expected Results:  
I expected syntax highlighting fo XML document which is defined at settings

Can't reproduce that, sorry. Using Kate 16.08
