After installing Gp4win package 2.3.2 on windows7 kleopatra.exe doesn't start. Nothing. I've uninstalled all and re-installed. Same. Info: GPA seems to work correctly.
I tried from start menu shortcut and from GnuPG folder with .exe . Same result. No message, no popup, just nothing. It's very weird.

Hi,
kleopatra startup was always a bit problematic. So for Gpg4win-3.0 we changed the way kleopatra is installed and made the startup much more stable (as it is started like any other application)

We still have some stuff to do before we release gpg4win-3.0 as stable though but you could grab the beta and try out if kleopatra starts with that:
