I have a 4K monitor which requires that I switch to a larger icon set. 
Throughout most of kdenlive the larger icons work beautifully, but in the Properties window it appears as if the icons are trimmed. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Switch to a large icon set for High DPI monitor
2.Start kdenlive, put a clip on the timeline and apply some effects
3.Swtitch to the properties window.

Actual Results:  
Icons looks "trimmed"

Expected Results:  
Icons to be displayed wholly
