Dragging URL from browser URL bar

 -> to Desktop produces nothing.

 -> to Kate results in: Ungültige Adresse (URL): %00E%00n%00t%00e%00r%00 %00A%00 %00B%00u%00g

 -> dragging to Dolphin/Krusader results in:  %00E%00n%00t%00e%00r%00 %00A%00 %00B%00u%00g%00.desktop
    with following content:
     [Desktop Entry]
     Icon=unknown
     Name=%00E%00n%00t%00e%00r%00 %00A%00 %00B%00u%00g%00
     Type=Link
     URL[$e]=%00E%00n%00t%00e%00r%00 %00A%00 %00B%00u%00g%00

or simply in .desktop with following content:
     [Desktop Entry]
     Icon=unknown
     Name=
     Type=Link

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
