This is fine on the menu but on the actualy drawing canvas I can only see the cursor when I am pressing down on the tablet. I dont see the cursor when I hover over an area inside the drawing canvas.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a file on krita
2. Draw something on canvas using wacom intuos tablet
3. lift the pen and move to another area on the canvas

Actual Results:  
cursor wont follow the pen when lifted from the tablet

Expected Results:  
it should still show the cursor to guide the user to actually see where the cursor is going.

i am using a macbook pro 10.11.6

This should be fixed in the latest development build: http://files.kde.org/krita/3/osx/devbuilds/krita-3.0.1-Alpha2.dmg
