Kirigami is currently not yet available in the dev edition.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hack on awesome project
2. Want to include a dependency on kirigami
3. apt search kirigami

Actual Results:  
Kirigami not available

Expected Results:  
Kirigami available
