Description KDE Neon user 2016-08-03 23:57:25 UTC
I set the brightness level of my monitor to the lowest possible level. After a system restart, it's not longer at the lowest level.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use the system tray battery monitor/display settings icon to set your brightness to the lowest level possible
2. Restart or turn your system off

Actual Results:
The brightness level is no longer at the lowest level, but at the second lowest level.

Expected Results:
The brightness level should stay at the lowest level no matter how many times I restart/shutdown the computer or log off from my account.

Hi! Is this issue still reproducible with a newer version of Plasma?

@postix In your version of Bugzilla, it isn't clear whether the needsinfo request is directed to me. I'm not currently using KDE Plasma. If you've tagged me, please change it to Alexander's email.
