After Install on 32GB SSD I ran the Update Manager to do updates. After update I went into advanced settings to change server sources and all the rest. Once the settings had been changed I ran a second update and the error appeared after second update

Steps to Reproduce:
1. After new install. Did the install twice and both times it happened

Explanation of why this has happened and how to repair or what program can I run to fix? If you have a solution please provide one?

System is running:\
Intel i3 processor
8GB DDR3 1333 Mhz Ram
Gigabyte B85M-D3H-A LGA1150 Motherboard
Asus GTX580 Graphics Card
Thermal Take 650 watt PSU
32GB SSD 
2000TB HDD storage
