mouse picture don't return to the initial state
after it was on separator between left menu and right area

but it is only if you visit sections File indexer monitor or Energy consumption.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. visit sections File indexer monitor or Energy consumption
2. put your mouse on separator between left menu and right area
3. put your mouse near this separator

Actual Results:

Expected Results:

Is this still reproducible on newer systems?
