I upgraded Plasma from 5.5.5 to 5.6.5. Spotted this bug:
IDK it's due to too big font for the screen or anything else.
I tried to change height of the panel. But It did it worse:

It's too huge panel for my screen. Font of the time is too huge!

It will move to the left if there is no room to fit both lines of text in a way that is still above your configured font size.
