I can't tell what sorting method is used for the launchers on the panel, and I see no option to change it. It would be nice if I could choose the order myself, as you can on the Windows taskbar or on the OS X dock.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Unlock widgets?
2. Try to click and drag a launcher to a different spot within the group of launchers.

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  
I should be able to swap their positions and/or move one between two others.

Set sorting to manual and move launchers at will.
