Description KDE Neon user 2016-07-23 21:59:09 UTC
When you move your mouse over a Task Manager item, a thumbnail is shown even when the window is already open and active on your screen.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set the Task Manager to show tooltips
2. Open Dolphin
3. Hover the Dolphin Task Manager entry

Actual Results:
The Task Manager shows a thumbnail of the Dolphin window.

Expected Results:
It shouldn't show the thumbnail tooltip since Dolphin is already on the screen.

No, that would be really inconsistent.
