See video example for details. Mouse is off-centered when moving to a new workspace and back. This didn't seem to happen when I switched and opened up a terminal, then went back. However, it did happen when I CTRL+ALT+Left Arrow to go to workspace 1 and maneuver around the Firefox browser, and then back. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Kdenlive, open project, then go to render window. 2. Go to another workspace, then use web browser (Firefox). 3. Go back to Kdenlive on a separate workspace Actual Results: Mouse position (exclusively for the render window) isn't currently placed where the cursor is: the actual selection point is higher than the visual. Expected Results: Mouse should be selecting the elements that it is hovering over. Bug discovered while using Kdenlive git master via ppa:kdenlive/kdenlive-master. Linux Mint 18 x64, Ubuntu base, Cinnamon 3.0.7. KDE Frameworks 5.18.0.
This issue only seems to apply to the Cinnamon desktop. I cannot reproduce in Unity 7.5.0 desktop environment on Ubuntu 16.10.
Please try with the actual Kdenlive version 18.08.1
Could you please confirm this is fixed in latest version?
