Window titles only shown initially or after the panel is resized. Only window icon is displayed centered.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new empty vertical panel
2. Add task manager widget
3. Open a new window

Actual Results:  
The task manager only shows window icon without it's title.

Expected Results:  
Titles are always displayed.

I've tried changing desktop theme, enabling/disabling compositor an almost all options on the task manager widget. Changing the size of the panel brings the titles back. If I limit the displayed task to, say, current desktop only, then the titles disappear when switching desktops.
