Description georg.lipps 2016-07-13 19:12:38 UTC
On the right hand side of the screen there shall be the tabs:
Filter
Geolocation
Metadate
etc.

Upon startup only geolocation is visible. However by clicking in the areas where the tabs might be (above the globe of geolocation) some tabs may show up.
Tabs are invisible but at least partially clickable.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start up
2. Only geolocation tab visible
3. click above or below this tab

Actual Results:
A new tab appears.

Expected Results:
All tabs shall be visible from the start.

Install Breeze icon theme. This will solve this issue.

Ok, it works now, here are the instructions (copied from digikam web site)

No icons will appear in a non-kde/plasma desktop environment. Go into Digikam 5 menu Settings > Configure > Miscellaneous and change from the blank setting of "Icon theme" to Breeze. Restart Digikam 5. Now you should see icons in the Digikam 5 GUI.
